Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply initiate a request through our returns portal to receive a prepaid shipping label.
Are Walkaroo products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our footwear comes with a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any quality issues, please contact our customer support team with photos of the defect.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
