At Walkaroo Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pair doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn condition.

Pack the Footwear
Place the unused shoes back in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice.
Schedule Pickup
Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
